One thing is certain, the goal posts continuously move in life - whether at a start-up, growth focused enterprise, or personally - our adjustments to these changes should be proactive, measured, and with a strong understanding of what we are moving away from so we can move towards something more abundant.

Personal Audit
This audit isn't about doing less, it is about feeling more fulfilled and abundant in your life. Our ambitions in our mid-to-late 20's aren't the same as we enter our late 30's, 40's and 50's. With each stage of life, our priorities change, but our time management doesn't always match.
We are seeking 8 - 10 individuals for our next cohort, starting January 2027.
Each person will get an individual audit, one-to-one coaching, and be a part of a monthly dinner meet-up.
Organizational Audit

About Jeff
Over the last 20 years, I have experienced many layers of growth - personally and professionally. At 28, I built a new org from the ground up at Select Medicals Worknet Occupational Medicine. Then in 2014 I joined a pre-revenue start-up and expanded our services globally before being acquired in 2019. After our sale, I joined a PE-backed fitness software company and led revenue for the North America fitness vertical - the company went public in 2021. In 2023, I returned to true entrepreneurship and opened my first fitness & wellness studio (MVMNT) and I opened the second location in 2024.
All of this happened while getting married, buying a house (and another house), having a kid, and managing my parents end-of-life care.
I understand the pace at which life moves - staying aligned and fulfilled is my main priority, so I can serve myself, my family, and my community to the best of my ability.
