Welcome to Relentless Growth

Hello - welcome to my dedicated site of personal and professional growth. I have revamped my site to better reflect my strengths and interests. This site used to be dedicated to sales growth for smaller sized businesses - I like that subject matter very much, I am good at it, but I didn't love it. Was it a failure to launch a thought leadership site and consulting practice around something that I liked and did not love, NO WAY.

This is what Relentless Growth is all about. It is about challenging yourself to grow, to take opportunities, and to see how it molds you. It forced me to think how much better this would be if I spent my energy on something that I really love and have a really strong background in. So I have repositioned myself to grow in the coaching space. I have spent several years in this area, going back to coaching college hockey as a 25 year old, being the person who trains new hires at every job I have ever had since college, being a mentor through Everwise, and seeking another Master's Degree from University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics. I really love coaching, strategizing, challenging others to grow, and being a source for ideas and reality checks.

In this content section, you will read my thoughts on strategy development, team coaching, executive leadership, the changing dynamics of the workplace, leading a lifestyle that leaves you energized and at your best for both family and work, and finally, thoughts about the current book that I am reading.
